This page has all of the information you need to know for the upcoming costume picture day. You will find ordering and pricing information, as well as FAQs. This link will be available until all of the photos are delivered, and you are welcome to come back to it at any time to review the information.
Picture Day Information
Pictures will be taken at Pirouette Dance Academy (201 Rosewood Centre Dr, Holly Springs, NC 27540) and will take place May 16th and May 17th. Each class has a set time where group and individual photos will be taken. Please make sure you arrive early to get your dancer ready and checked in for photos.
On picture day, there will be a sign up sheet for individual pictures of your dancer. Only sign up for individual pictures if you intend to purchase prints or digitals of the individual photos.
Pricing
Ordering
On or before June 15th, 2026, an ordering form will be sent out for you to make your purchase. It will have links to a proof gallery where you can review your child's images. Ordering will be open for one week and all digital and print orders will be sent out over the the following two weeks. Exact delivery dates will be added once the ordering form and proof galleries are sent.
FAQ
When and how will my photos be delivered?
Photos will be delivered to your email address collected in your order form and prints will be delivered to the studio for you to pick up. Both will be available within two weeks of your order being placed.
Can my child still get their pictures taken even if I am not ordering them?
If you do not intend to order individual images of your dancer, their individual images won't be taken. All dancers are welcome in their group photos, even if you aren't purchasing any images.
Can I purchase more than one package for my dancer?
Yes! You can absolutely purchase more than one package per dancer. You can combine the group and individual packages, or add on an extra individual or group costume to your package.
